Server Manufacturer Super Micro Computer Opens Cloud Hub in Taiwan

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- US-based server manufacturer Super Micro Computer announced on Friday it has opened a new science and technology park in Taoyuan County, northern Taiwan.

The company said it has invested $100 million in the new cloud hub, which will create 3,000 jobs.

As Super Micro's systems integration and operations center in Asia, the center will serve as the company’s logistics and operation base for the Asia-Pacific region, according to the InvesTaiwan Service Center under the Executive Yuan.
