iNET Interactive Acquires Data Center Group AFCOM
(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Data center association AFCOM announced earlier this week it has been acquired by iNET Interactive. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed in the press release.
The web-centric media company owns many other hosting-related properties, including industry publication Web Host Industry Review, conference and trade show HostingCon, and online hosting community Web Hosting Talk.
By acquiring AFCOM, iNET Interactive will provide the group with access to the resources of a larger organization and the added online expertise to continue fulfilling its mission serving the data center industry and its more than 4,500 members.
