Data Center Firm ViaWest Completes SSAE 16 Type II SOC 3 and PCI DSS Reports

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Data center services provider ViaWest announced on Tuesday that it recently received a dual-standard SSAE 16 Type II SOC 1 report, a SOC 3 report and a PCI report on compliance for PCI DSS in its Cornell and Synergy Park data centers.

This announcement comes two months after ViaWest launched a new hybrid cloud solution through its KINECTed brand.

ViaWest completed these reports in November and December 2011 through independent auditing firm Coalfire Systems.
