Cloud Firm Virtacore Systems Completes SSAE 16 Type II Audit
(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Cloud services provider Virtacore Systems (www.virtacore.com) announced on Thursday that it has successfully completed its SSAE 16 Type II audit.
Performed by independent auditing firm The Moore Group CPA, the audit covered its cloud hosting, dedicated server and colocation services and systems, according to the press release.
The new standard is the successor to the SAS 70 Type II audit and came into effect June 15, 2011.
